Context / scope

Overview and scope

A pharmacy website that joins an online shop with pharmacy services.

The routes in the code are a blog, compounding, minor ailments, prescription new, refill and transfer pages, services, policy pages and a review verification page.

Front-end developer. The CV lists integrated DTC e-commerce storefronts among the front ends built.

Results

  1. The CV records no result figures for this project, so none are stated.
  2. No pharmacy patient or health data appears in the captures; they show invented shop data only.

Behaviour / flows

Features and flows

New-prescription form checks

  • The new-prescription form requires pickup or delivery, a requested date and privacy consent; the file attachment is optional.
  • After a successful submission callback, the form shows a success view for four seconds before resetting.

Engineering / decisions

Architecture and decisions

Next.js 16 with React 19 and TypeScript. State uses Redux Toolkit, TanStack Query and jotai; the interface uses MUI, Radix primitives, Tailwind CSS and framer-motion.

The dependency list also includes Stripe and EmailJS for payments and form email.

Shared validation across prescription forms

Prescription forms reuse Joi validators for contact details and privacy consent. The new-prescription form combines them with its own fields through the React Hook Form Joi resolver, validating on change.

Limits / notes

Known limitations

  1. The screenshots show the pharmacy interface with sample data; live uploads, sign-in and maps are outside the captured walkthrough.
